Environment-friendly anti-freezing concrete and preparation method thereof
The invention relates to the technical field of building materials, and particularly discloses environment-friendly anti-freezing concrete and a preparation method thereof. The concrete is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 10-30 parts of cement, 30-50 parts of pebbles, 20-40 parts of recycled coarse aggregate, 30-40 parts of sand, 11.2-20.7 parts of water, 1-3 parts of an air entraining agent, 0.8-1.5 parts of a water reducing agent, 5-10 parts of an auxiliary agent, 8-18 parts of hollow glass beads and 0.1-1 part of a dispersing agent. The auxiliary agent is prepared from the following raw materials: an organic polymer emulsion, an organic silicon component, an inorganic silicon component, a complexing agent, a reinforcing agent, a polycarboxylic acid water reducing agent and water. All the components are matched with one another, and the anti-freezing concrete with good strength and high freezing resistance can be prepared; in addition, the recycled coarse aggregate is adopted, waste utilization is achieved, exploitation of natural stone is reduced, and environment protection is facilitated.
