The invention discloses a preparation method of a micro-nano ceramic powder composite material, which comprises the following steps: removing impurities from quartz sand, sea sand and fly ash to enable the quartz sand, sea sand and fly ash to comprise the following components in percentage by weight: 70%-80% of silicon dioxide, 1%-2% of titanium dioxide, 10%-15% of aluminum oxide and the balance of impurities; performing dry crushing on the quartz sand, the sea sand and the fly ash; crushing and drying the cinnamomum camphora leaves for later use; mixing the crushed raw materials according to a weight ratio of 9: 1; putting the mixed powder obtained by mixing into a closed pressure container, feeding into a cupola furnace, and calcining in a high-temperature and high-pressure environment to form a micro-nano ceramic powder composite material; putting the obtained composite material into a collector, cooling, drying, grinding and grading; through raw material selection, the cost is reduced; by adding the cinnamomum camphora leaves and using the manufacturing steps provided by the invention, the produced micro-nano ceramic powder composite material is high in hardness, small in specific gravity and good in insulativity.
