According to the technical scheme, the device comprises an n-shaped plate, bases are symmetrically arranged at the bottom of the n-shaped plate, connecting blocks are symmetrically fixed to the front portion and the rear portion of the bottom of each base, the connecting blocks are connected with driving wheels through bearings, and the bottoms of the bases are connected with braking structures; the top of the n-shaped plate is connected with a height adjusting structure, the height adjusting structure is connected with a drilling structure, and the drilling structure is connected with grouting equipment. The treatment method comprises the following steps that firstly, an n-shaped plate is pushed, and a drilling structure is moved to the position needing to be repaired under the action of a driving wheel; and secondly, the braking structure makes contact with the ground, and the drilling structure is stably arranged above the position needing to be repaired. The method has the beneficial effects that drilling and grouting do not need to be carried out through different devices, continuous operation treatment can be carried out, the working intensity is reduced, and the repairing time is shortened.
