The invention provides a prefabricated segment type UHPC T-shaped beam splicing seam which comprises an upper flange, a web and a lower flange which are arranged from top to bottom, two rib plates are symmetrically arranged on the two sides of the web, the outer sides of the rib plates are connected with the upper flange, the web and the lower flange respectively, and the prefabricated segment type UHPC T-shaped beam splicing seam further comprises shear key units and groove units which are connected in a matched mode. The shear key unit is arranged on one side of the T-shaped beam, the groove unit is arranged on the other side of the T-shaped beam, and a plurality of prestressed steel bars are further arranged and located in the middle of the upper flange and the middle of the lower flange respectively. The shear resistance of the splicing seam is greatly improved, meanwhile, during splicing, operation is more convenient, and the construction efficiency is high.
本发明提供一种预制节段式UHPC的T型梁拼接缝,包括从上到下设置的上翼缘、腹板和下翼缘,所述腹板的两侧对称设置有两个肋板,肋板的外侧分别与上翼缘和腹板及下翼缘连接,还包括配合连接的剪力键单元和凹槽单元,剪力键单元设置在T型梁一侧,凹槽单元设置在T型梁另一侧,还设有多个预应力钢筋,多个预应力钢筋分别位于上翼缘和下翼缘的中间位置。本发明大幅提高了拼接缝处抗剪切能力,同时拼接时操作更方便,施工效率高。
