Construction equipment for UHPC (Ultra High Performance Concrete) pavement
The invention discloses construction equipment for UHPC paving, and relates to the technical field of UHPCs, the construction equipment comprises a surface finishing system, the surface finishing system comprises a supporting transverse frame located between two supporting bases, each supporting base is provided with a lifting stand column and a lifting motor for driving the lifting stand column to ascend and descend, and the supporting transverse frame is connected with the lifting stand column; the lifting motor drives the lifting stand column to rotate so as to drive the supporting transverse frame to ascend and descend. The noodle collecting system further comprises a plurality of noodle collecting turntables, and the acting surfaces of the adjacent noodle collecting turntables are overlapped; and each dough collecting turntable is fixed with the supporting transverse frame through a transmission shaft, and each transmission shaft rotates through a transmission mechanism. According to the surface finishing system disclosed by the invention, the surface finishing turntable is controlled to rotate to finish the UHPC surface through the surface finishing distance and the accumulated water thickness which are obtained through measurement and calculation, so that the UHPC surface is automatically, accurately and continuously subjected to wiping, pressing and surface finishing; compared with manual surface finishing, the working efficiency is improved, and the surface finishing quality is further remarkably improved.
本发明公开了一种用于UHPC铺装的施工设备,涉及UHPC技术领域,施工设备包括收面系统,其包括位于2个支承底座之间的支承横框,每个支承底座上均设置有升降立柱和驱动其升降的升降电机,升降电机驱动升降立柱转动来带动支承横框进行升降移动;收面系统还包括若干收面转盘,相邻收面转盘之间的作用面存在重叠;每个收面转盘各通过1根传动轴与支承横框固定,每根传动轴通过传动机构来实现转动。本发明的收面系统通过测量并计算得到的收面距离和积水厚度,来控制收面转盘转动对UHPC表面进行抹光,以此实现自动且精准连续地对UHPC表面进行抹压收面;与人工收面相比,本发明不仅提升了工作效率,而且进而显著提升了收面质量。
