Control tower locking method of single leaning tower cable-stayed swivel bridge
The invention discloses a control tower locking method of a single leaning tower cable-stayed swivel bridge, which comprises the following steps of: (1) arranging embedded profile steel in a lower turntable along the contour line of a main tower, synchronously constructing an annular slide way, and then pouring a post-pouring section of the lower turntable; (2) sand cylinders are arranged on the annular sliding way at equal intervals, and sand cylinders are additionally arranged at the positions, with large unbalanced loads, in the contour line of the main tower; and (3) pouring the upper turntable, and integrally pouring the upper end of the profile steel and the upper turntable to form a temporary locking system between the upper turntable and the lower turntable. The temporary locking structure is suitable for temporary locking between the bridge tower and the bearing platform with large vertical force and unbalanced bending moment load in the bridge tower construction process of the single leaning tower swivel cable-stayed bridge, and the temporary locking structure system of the control tower is good in stability, clear in stress, high in safety performance and convenient to set and remove.
本发明公开了一种独斜塔斜拉转体桥的塔台锁定方法,按以下步骤进行:(1)在下转盘内沿着主塔轮廓线布置预埋型钢,同步施工环形滑道,然后浇筑下转盘后浇段;(2)在环形滑道上等距布置砂筒,以及在主塔轮廓线内不平衡荷载较大处增设砂筒;(3)浇筑上转盘,将型钢上端与上转盘浇筑为一体,形成上下转盘间的临时锁定体系。本发明适用于独斜塔转体斜拉桥在桥塔施工过程中存在较大竖向力和不平衡弯矩荷载的桥塔与承台之间临时锁定,塔台临时锁定结构体系稳定性好、受力明确、安全性能高、设置及解除方便。
