The invention provides single-shaft stirring pile construction equipment with a cutting stirring frame, which comprises a pile frame, a drill rod arranged on the pile frame, drill rod blades arranged at the lower part of the drill rod, the stirring frame arranged on the drill rod, stirring blades arranged on the stirring frame, the stirring frame connected with the drill rod through a rotatable shaft sleeve, and the drill rod blades are of a multi-layer structure. A stirring blade layer is arranged between every two adjacent drill rod blade layers, at least one layer of beveled drill rod blades is arranged on the drill rod, and a layer of beveled stirring blades is also arranged at the corresponding position of the stirring frame. The beveled drill rod blades on the drill rod and the beveled stirring blades on the stirring frame form a beveled structure on the corresponding stirring plane. The beveled stirring blade and the drill rod blade move relatively to generate a beveled cutting effect, so that the undisturbed soil is crushed into fine particles to be fully mixed with the curing agent; and the strength and the water stopping effect of the mixing pile are greatly enhanced.
