The invention relates to the technical field of building construction, and discloses a ballastless track subgrade earthwork filling construction method which comprises the following steps: measuring and setting out a ballastless track subgrade and calculating the filling amount of the measuring and setting out; a soil filler corresponding to the filling amount is transported to carry out layered filling on the ballastless track roadbed; rolling operation is conducted on the ballastless track roadbed filled in a layered mode, and real-time detection is conducted in the rolling operation process; and after the rolling operation is completed, the rolling operation is checked and accepted according to the compaction data detected in real time. According to the method, the compaction system is installed on the road roller, the compaction position and the compaction parameters are detected in real time through the compaction system, and self-inspection is carried out based on a real-time detection mode, so that it is guaranteed that one-time acceptance inspection is qualified after operation is completed, repeated rolling on areas which are qualified through rolling and pressure leakage of unqualified areas can be reduced, and the working efficiency of the road roller is improved. And the number of times of unqualified detection can be greatly reduced, and the single-layer earthwork filling time is shortened.
