The top end of the box-type gate is provided with a water inlet/outlet and an air inlet/outlet, the water inlet/outlet is connected with a water inlet/outlet pipe, an underground water level early warning value is set in advance according to the hydrogeological conditions of the location, water is injected into the box-type gate, and the weight of the gate is controlled by adjusting the volume ratio of water to gas in the water tank. Therefore, the underground curtain can be automatically opened and closed according to changes of the underground water level, and the underground water level can be automatically controlled.
