The invention provides a prefabricated assembled open caisson structure and a construction method thereof. The structure comprises a blade foot ring; the well wall ring on the bottom layer is stacked on the blade foot ring, the well wall ring on the bottom layer is detachably connected with the blade foot ring through a bent arc connecting piece, and the well wall rings are sequentially stacked and detachably connected through the bent arc connecting piece; the lifting appliance is of a bent arc-shaped structure, and the lifting appliance is detachably connected with the blade foot ring and the well wall rings and used for lifting the blade foot ring and the well wall rings. The prefabricated ring structures are assembled, so that the site construction time of the open caisson is greatly shortened, the technical problems of poor construction environment, long period and great influence on the surroundings of traditional open caisson construction are solved, the labor cost is saved, and the influence on the construction site environment is reduced.
本发明提供了一种预制拼装沉井结构及其施工方法。该结构包括:刃脚环;若干个井壁环,底层所述井壁环叠放在所述刃脚环上,并且,底层所述井壁环与所述刃脚环通过弯弧连接件可拆卸连接,各所述井壁环之间依次叠放并通过弯弧连接件可拆卸连接;吊具,其呈弯弧状结构,并且,所述吊具与所述刃脚环、各所述井壁环之间均可拆卸连接,用于实现所述刃脚环、各所述井壁环的吊装。本发明通过预制环结构拼装,极大的缩短了沉井现场施工的时间,解决了传统沉井施工的施工环境差、周期长、对周边影响大的技术难题,节约了人工成本,并减少对施工现场环境的影响。
