The invention relates to the technical field of intelligent buildings, in particular to an intelligent building security and protection device which comprises an object throwing prevention mechanism installed on an outer wall of a building; the water storage mechanism is fixedly connected to the bottom end of the object throwing prevention mechanism, and the right side of the water storage mechanism is installed on the outer wall of a building; the water tank is mounted at the left end of the object throwing prevention mechanism; the rain shielding mechanism is mounted at the top of the object throwing prevention mechanism; the anti-throwing mechanism comprises a base mounted on an outer wall of a building; the two guide rods are fixedly connected to the front end and the rear end of an inner cavity of the base correspondingly. The first spring is connected to the bottom end of the outer wall of the guide rod in a sleeving manner; the top of the outer wall of the guide rod is sleeved with the supporting plate in a vertically sliding mode, and clamping grooves are formed in the front side and the rear side of the supporting plate from top to bottom. The device has a buffering function, prevents a falling object from rebounding and falling, is high in safety, has a rain sheltering function in rainy days, is convenient for pedestrians to go out, can collect and reuse rainwater, and realizes reasonable utilization of water resources.
