The invention provides a hollow breathable glass partition with a built-in roller shutter, two pieces of hollow glass arranged in parallel are arranged between an upper profile and a lower profile, vent holes are formed in the upper portion of any piece of hollow glass, and filter windows are arranged on the end faces, away from each other, of the two pieces of hollow glass. The filter windows are mounted on the vent holes of the hollow glass close to one side of the filter windows, and filter elements made of filter paper or non-woven fabrics are arranged in the filter windows; opening and closing devices are arranged on the end faces, close to each other, of the two pieces of hollow glass. And ventilation can be realized when the two opening and closing devices are opened simultaneously. The glass partition is reasonable in structure, air is filtered through the filter element of the filter window, and ventilation of the glass partition is achieved by opening the two opening and closing devices at the same time; the problems that air does not circulate in an independent space defined by the glass partition, and conferees feel chest distress, unsmooth breath and even faint due to long-time meeting or question discussion are solved.
