The invention relates to the technical field of energy-saving buildings, and discloses a solar assembly type passive house utilizing shallow geothermal energy, which comprises a light steel framework and a silicon-magnesium aerated concrete hollow light plate, the silicon-magnesium aerated concrete hollow light plate is fixedly connected with the light steel framework, a geothermal system is arranged below the light steel framework, and a solar heat collection system is arranged below the geothermal system. A solar energy complementing system is arranged above the light steel framework, a geothermal circulating pump exchanges heat-conducting media in a geothermal buried pipe and a geothermal exchange pipe, when solar energy is needed for heat complementing, an electromagnetic valve is opened, the heat-conducting media pass through a solar panel to complement heat of the heat-conducting media in the solar panel, and when heat complementing is not needed, the electromagnetic valve is opened. The electromagnetic valve is closed, the heat-conducting medium does not pass through the solar energy complementing device any more, water is directly fed into the home of a user through the booster pump and supplied to the backflushing pump for water, constant-temperature underground water exchanges with heat of the building in different seasons, the constant-temperature effect in the building is improved, and the purposes of being warm in winter and cool in summer are achieved.
