The invention belongs to the technical field of building construction, and particularly relates to a steel structure building wall multifunctional mounting platform which comprises a movable cart, an elevator, a mounting table, a fixing plate and an adjusting mechanism. By arranging the adjusting mechanism, when needing to install a long wall body, a high-altitude operator firstly rotates limiting rods on the left side and the right side of the installation table around the axis of a rotary disc in the installation table, the limiting rods rotate to drive the rotary disc to rotate, and the rotary disc drives a rotary shaft to rotate reversely; after the rotating shaft reversely rotates, a steel wire rope wound on the rotating shaft is gradually loosened, and the steel wire rope extends to drive guardrails on the left side and the right side of the mounting table and the first plate to rotate until the first plate and the mounting table keep a flush state, so that the movement range of the high-altitude operation personnel in the mounting table is expanded; and by means of the guardrails, the high-altitude operation personnel cannot move to the range outside the first plate to cause missing stepping and falling down, and the operation safety of the high-altitude operation personnel in high-altitude wall installation is improved.
