The invention provides a power transmission tower operation and maintenance platform. Comprising a base, a hoop assembly and a platform assembly. The platform assembly is connected with the hoop assembly, and the hoop assembly is installed on the base. The hoop assembly comprises at least two hoop single pieces which are connected end to end; the adjacent hoop single pieces are detachably connected; stiffening plates are arranged at the two ends of each hoop single piece. The hoop assembly and the platform assembly are arranged on the base, the extension operation and maintenance platform is formed on one side of the base, a scaffold does not need to be built or a concrete bearing platform does not need to be poured, and the workload for building the operation and maintenance platform can be reduced; the hoop assembly comprises at least two hoop single pieces which are connected end to end; the adjacent hoop single pieces are detachably connected, so that maintenance of the hoop assembly and replacement of the hoop single pieces are facilitated; the stiffening plates are arranged at the two ends of each hoop single piece, the structural strength of the hoop assembly can be improved, and stable supporting of the platform assembly is achieved.
