A containing cavity is formed in the peripheral side, corresponding to the opening, of the shell plate, and the containing cavity is laterally communicated with the opening; the cover plate is movably mounted in the mounting cavity, and the cover plate has a covering state in which the cover plate moves towards the opening to close the opening and an opening state in which the cover plate moves towards the accommodating cavity to open the opening; and the driving mechanism drives the cover plate to be switched between the opening state and the covering state. When the built-in charging cover plate structure of the scheme is used for charging, the cover plate is opened and hidden in the accommodating cavity, so that the cover plate is prevented from being artificially damaged during charging, and the practicability is good.
