The invention discloses a vehicle brake control system and method. The system comprises a gas collecting device which is connected with a door pump system and used for collecting gas exhausted by the door pump system when a vehicle executes door opening and closing actions; the gas collecting device is further connected with a vehicle braking system and used for collecting gas exhausted by the vehicle braking system when the vehicle executes the braking action. The gas collecting device is further connected with the vehicle parking system and used for collecting gas exhausted by the vehicle parking system when the vehicle executes the parking action. The gas collecting device is further connected with the air compressor, and the air compressor is used for obtaining gas in the gas collecting device, compressing the gas and then conveying the compressed gas back to the door pump system, the vehicle braking system and the vehicle parking system. The air in the air compressor comes from a door pump system, a vehicle braking system and a vehicle parking system instead of the atmospheric environment, and related devices for filtering and drying air in the atmospheric environment can be reduced, so that the cost is reduced.
