The invention discloses an all-solid-waste-based water permeable brick with an adsorption property and a preparation method of the all-solid-waste-based water permeable brick. The preparation method is characterized by comprising the following steps: mixing a powdery solid waste raw material consisting of lithium slag, fly ash, silica fume and superfine slag powder, a solid waste aggregate consisting of coal gangue and steel slag, a composite exciting agent solution consisting of a sodium hydroxide solution, sodium-based water glass and a sodium metaaluminate solution, a high-efficiency water reducing agent and water, stirring, pouring, compacting by vibration and curing. According to the water permeable brick prepared by the invention, the industrial solid waste is used as a main raw material, and the bonding strength and the water permeable rate among aggregates of the water permeable brick are improved by matching a composite exciting agent and gradient curing conditions, and a zeolite-like component with adsorption capacity on pollutants such as heavy metal ions and the like can be generated; therefore, the resource utilization level of industrial solid waste is improved, and good comprehensive benefits are also achieved for urban inland inundation and rain sewage purification.
