The invention discloses a synchronous grouting material for a subway shield tunnel in a water-rich karst area as well as a preparation method and application of the synchronous grouting material, and the synchronous grouting material comprises the following components in parts by weight: 30-40 parts of Portland cement clinker, 22.5-30 parts of fly ash, 2.5-5 parts of desulfurized gypsum, 5-7.5 parts of expansive soil, 5-7.5 parts of silica fume, 20-25 parts of thermal activation treatment electrolytic manganese residue, 0.3-2.5 parts of an additive regulator I and 3-3.75 parts of an additive regulator II, a new way of green building material utilization of the manganese residues is achieved, and the problem that the environment is polluted due to accumulation of the electrolytic manganese residues is effectively solved; the grouting material provided by the invention has the advantages of high groutability, good fluidity, slight volume expansion and strong stone body impermeability.
