The invention discloses an aluminum oxide slurry suitable for photocuring 3D printing, and belongs to the field of additive manufacturing, the aluminum oxide slurry comprises the following components by mass: 57 wt%-82 wt% of modified gamma-Al2O3, 15 wt%-42 wt% of photosensitive resin, 0.2 wt%-0.8 wt% of a coloring agent, and 0.3 wt%-0.9 wt% of a dispersant. Wherein the modified gamma-Al2O3 is obtained by modifying gamma-Al2O3 through a surface active agent. The modified gamma-Al2O3, the resin and other related auxiliaries are matched to obtain the aluminum oxide ceramic slurry which is high in solid content, low in viscosity and good in rheological property, the preparation method of the aluminum oxide ceramic slurry is provided, and the problem of cracking of aluminum oxide ceramic in the subsequent degreasing and sintering process is solved.
