Long cantilever upper pier structure and method for medium and long span steel beam incremental launching construction
The long cantilever upper pier structure comprises an upper pier nose bridge, the length of the upper pier nose bridge is 3-5 m, the root section of the nose bridge is the same as the section of the steel beam, the height of the nose bridge gradually changes from the root in a trapezoidal mode, and the root of the nose bridge is connected with a steel beam web in a bolting and welding mode; a jack is arranged on a steel cushion block at the front end of a pier top distribution beam, when the front section of a nose bridge crosses walking type pushing equipment, a first step at the front end of the nose bridge is jacked up to a certain height through the jack on the steel cushion block, a steel cushion block is additionally arranged at the rear end, meanwhile, a supporting stack is cushioned between the nose bridge and the walking type pushing equipment, and the jack falls back; and normal steel beam pushing is conducted in cooperation with a pushing platform at the bridge head and walking type pushing equipment arranged at the pier top, and non-guide-beam and non-temporary-pier pushing construction of the whole long cantilever steel beam is completed. The buckle cable tower is arranged on the steel beam, when a conventional nose bridge pier mounting measure cannot meet the requirement, the front section of the main beam is pulled up through the tower inhaul cable, and smooth pier mounting of the steel beam is guaranteed.
本发明公开了一种中长跨度钢梁顶推施工长悬臂上墩结构及其方法,它包括上墩鼻梁,长度3~5m,鼻梁根部截面与钢梁截面相同,鼻梁高度从根部进行梯形渐变,鼻梁根部与钢梁腹板进行栓焊连接;墩顶分配梁前端钢垫块上设置千斤顶,鼻梁前段越过步履式顶推设备时利用钢垫块上的千斤顶将鼻梁前端第一个台阶顶起,顶至一定高度,在后端加设钢垫块,同时在鼻梁与步履式顶推设备之间抄垫支撑垛,回落千斤顶;再配合桥头处顶推平台和墩顶布置的步履式顶推设备进行正常的钢梁顶推,完成整个长悬臂钢梁的无导梁、无临时墩顶推施工。本发明在钢梁上设置扣索塔架,当常规鼻梁上墩措施不能满足要求时,通过塔架拉索将主梁前段拉起,保证钢梁顺利上墩。
