The invention relates to a stair temporary handrail construction structure and a construction method thereof.The construction structure comprises a stair, an embedded part, a support and a temporary handrail, the embedded part is embedded and fixed to the side face of the stair, the exposed end face of the embedded part is flush with the side face of the stair, an open hole with the T-shaped section is formed in the exposed end face of the embedded part, and a limiting cavity is formed in the open hole; the support is provided with a limiting block matched with the transverse hole of the open hole and a supporting rod sliding relative to the vertical hole of the open hole, when the limiting block enters the limiting cavity along the transverse hole, the supporting rod and the vertical hole slide, and when the supporting rod slides to the bottom along the limiting cavity along with the limiting block, the support and the embedded part are locked and fixed. And finally, the vertical sleeve of the temporary handrail is connected with the vertical rod of the support integration in an inserted and sleeved mode, and construction of the temporary handrail is completed.
