The embodiment of the invention discloses a prefabricated double-layer stainless steel chimney section and chimney system.The prefabricated double-layer stainless steel chimney section comprises an inner container and an outer container, the inner container is arranged in the outer container in a sleeved mode, a heat preservation layer is formed between the inner container and the outer container, and an annular rainproof skirt is integrally formed on the pipe outer wall, close to the bottom end, of the outer container; the rainproof skirts and the outer walls of the pipes of the outer containers form an inverted-V-shaped structure, the outer containers of the upper chimney section and the lower chimney section which are adjacent to each other are connected in a sleeved mode through waist plates, and the top ends of the waist plates are clamped into the V-shaped openings of the rainproof skirts of the chimney sections above. The chimney system comprises a parapet wall body of the high-rise building and a prefabricated double-layer stainless steel chimney installed along the parapet wall body, and the chimney is composed of a plurality of prefabricated double-layer stainless steel chimney sections which are sequentially connected in the vertical direction. By means of the design of the rainproof skirt of the inverted-V-shaped structure, rainwater can only flow downwards along the outer wall of the rainproof skirt of the inverted-V-shaped structure, and the rainwater is prevented from entering a chimney heat preservation layer from a chimney outer container.
本发明实施例公开了一种预制式双层不锈钢烟囱段及烟囱系统，预制式双层不锈钢烟囱段包括内胆和外胆，内胆套设在外胆内，且内胆和外胆之间构成保温层，在外胆靠近底端的管外壁上，一体成型有环形的防雨裙，使防雨裙和外胆的管外壁构成倒“V”字形结构，上、下相邻两个烟囱段的外胆之间通过腰板套接，且腰板的顶端卡入上方烟囱段的防雨裙的“V”形开口内。烟囱系统包括高层建筑的女儿墙墙体，和沿女儿墙墙体安装的预制式双层不锈钢烟囱，烟囱为沿竖直方向依次连接的多个预制式双层不锈钢烟囱段构成。本发明利用倒“V”字形结构的防雨裙设计，使雨水就只能顺着倒“V”字形结构的防雨裙外壁向下流，以杜绝雨水从烟囱外胆进入烟囱保温层。
