The end, away from the jack, of the supporting rod is connected with the secondary beam flange plate through the base plate, the fine adjustment assembly is connected with the supporting rod and the secondary beam flange plate, the jack is adjusted to drive the supporting rod to rotate with the base plate as the center, and then the fine adjustment assembly is driven to move. The device has the advantages that the jack is operated to drive the supporting rod to rotate with the base plate as the center, the fixing rod and the hook are indirectly driven to move, then the secondary beam flange plate and the secondary beam are made to move, the purpose of adjusting the height difference between the main beam and the secondary beam is achieved, operation is easy, and precision is high; and the even number of hooks are uniformly arranged, so that the secondary beam flange plate stably displaces, and the construction safety is ensured.
