The invention provides an excavation-free rapid assembling type composite electric pole which comprises a moving frame, a composite electric pole body arranged on the moving frame and a fixing device arranged in the moving frame, the fixing device is composed of a plurality of counterweight pressing blocks stacked up and down, the weight of each counterweight pressing block is 25-40 gk, and the weight of each counterweight pressing block is 25-40 gk. The composite electric pole comprises at least two pole bodies which are detachably connected and fixed, the length of each pole body is 3-8 m, and the lower end of the composite electric pole is installed at the bottom of the movable frame through foundation bolts.
