Moisture-proof column foundation steel pipe electric pole
The invention relates to a power distribution engineering technology, and discloses a steel pipe pole with a moisture-proof and corrosion-resistant column foundation at a grounding end. The column foundation (1) is directly arranged below the steel pipe pole and is in a hollow cylinder shape or a circular truncated cone shape, and the diameter of the top face is larger than that of a bottom flange (4) of the steel pipe pole. A group of circular deep through holes (2) are uniformly distributed in the foundation body, and foundation bolts (5) of a deeply-buried foundation (6) penetrate through the circular deep through holes (2) and are fastened by double nuts. And the column foundation (1) is molded and cast by reinforced concrete. The longitudinal bars are vertically and uniformly distributed and are far away from the central axis of the foundation; the transverse bars are circular rings, envelop the longitudinal bars, are evenly distributed up and down and are in spot welding with the longitudinal bars to form a grid cage. The edge, exceeding the steel pipe pole bottom flange (4), of the upper end face inclines downwards by 45 degrees to form a water dispersing edge, and collision and damage are prevented. The column foundation (1) is hollow and is a material-saving and weight-reducing cylindrical cavity, and a built-in lifting beam (3) is arranged at the top of the column foundation and used for lifting. Moisture insulation and corrosion resistance are realized. The device is used for erecting wires in a rainy wet area.
