The stretching rods are sleeved with springs, the steel plate and the stretching rods are connected with the base through bolts, the rectangular steel plate is tightly connected with the rubber block on the outermost side through three bolts, and a cavity between the steel plate and the concave guardrail body is filled with loose materials. Through the combination of the handrail and the springs arranged inside, after the guardrail is impacted, the internal structure can generate certain displacement, energy generated by impact is converted into potential energy of the springs, so that the energy generated by impact is reduced, a cavity between the steel plate and the concave guardrail body is filled with loose materials, certain internal displacement is limited, and the energy generated by impact is reduced.
