The invention relates to the technical field of foundation pit dewatering construction, in particular to a finished self-flowing dewatering deep well casing and a construction method thereof. The submersible pump comprises a submersible pump body, a water-permeable lining and water filtering fine stone, the water filtering fine stone wraps the outer side of the water-permeable lining, and the submersible pump body is installed at the bottom of the water-permeable lining. The construction method comprises the steps of geological exploration and pipeline troubleshooting. Installing auxiliary equipment; surveying, setting out and digging a well; hoisting and fixing the well casing; rainfall operation and rainfall monitoring; and the well casing is dismantled and cleaned. The device is easy to manufacture, is not influenced by a site, can be prefabricated in a factory or manufactured on site, is simple and convenient to construct, saves the construction period, can be recycled, is hoisted out of a dewatering well by using a crane or a tower crane after dewatering operation is completed, and can be transferred to other positions to be recycled after residual mud in the PVC pipe and the filter material is cleaned.
