The invention relates to intelligent water-saving and power-saving multi-time water supply equipment. The system mainly comprises a community pump room, tertiary water supply equipment and an intelligent control module. The community pump room and the tertiary water supply equipment are both connected with the intelligent control module, and the intelligent control module makes decisions as follows: when high-rise users need to use water, pressure data of the pressure sensor are transmitted to the intelligent control module, the intelligent control module compares actual water supply pressure with pressure required by the high-rise water supply pressure, and the actual water supply pressure and the pressure required by the high-rise water supply pressure are sent to the intelligent control module; if the actual water supply pressure is not enough, the water supply pressure of the tertiary water supply equipment is increased; the intelligent control module transmits a signal needing to be pressurized to the tertiary water supply equipment, the operation working condition of the tertiary water supply equipment is changed, and tertiary pressurization is carried out. Compared with a traditional secondary water supply system, on the basis of secondary water supply, three-time pressurizing equipment is additionally arranged, and water can be automatically supplied as required according to the water supply pressure and the water consumption of a user; and water resource waste caused by excessive water supply is avoided.
