The invention relates to a locking device (6) comprising a shape memory element, comprising: a locking element (10) movable between a locking position and an unlocking position and pressed in its locking position; a pin (16); an actuator (18) of a pin (16) configured to move the locking element (10) from the locked position to the unlocked position when the actuator (18) is activated by changing the shape of the shape memory element (36). The pin (16) is movable between: an extended position in which it moves the locking element (10) from its locked position to its unlocked position; and a retracted position, wherein it allows the locking element (10) to move towards its locking position.
