The preparation method comprises the following steps: cutting a metal plate; uniformly smearing the inner wall and the inner bottom of the mold with refractory clay slurry, drying the refractory clay slurry smeared in the mold, and stacking metal plates at the bottom of the mold; laying a brass screen on the top of the metal plate; uniformly spreading a salt compound on the brass wire gauze; laminating a metal plate on the top of the salt compound; after it is detected that the top metal plate is kept horizontal, the mold is covered and sealed; the vacuum degree in the mold is vacuumized to 10 <-2 > Pa or above; horizontally transferring the mold into a high-temperature furnace; argon is filled into the mold through a top vacuum valve; and immersing the formed plate into a water tank, and drying the formed plate to obtain the integrally formed explosion venting interlayer of the explosion door. According to the preparation method of the integrally-formed explosion venting interlayer of the explosion door, the process is simple, and the prepared explosion venting interlayer is excellent in impact resistance, high in compression strength and light in weight and has certain fireproof and sound insulation effects.
