Fan blades are driven to rotate through a motor, so that river water can flow in the device, floating objects can flow into the device along water flow, a gear is driven to rotate through transmission, a gear in a gear box is driven to rotate, a long gear is driven to rotate, and a large gear rotates; and in addition, a speed difference is generated between the cleaning mechanism and the water pumping mechanism through the speed reducing mechanism, and therefore the situation that flowing of the water is affected by stirring of the cleaning mechanism is avoided.
