The invention discloses a curtain hanging and mounting device which comprises a sleeve, supporting rings, a roller shutter, a base, a mounting device body and an unwinder, the sleeve is horizontally arranged and fixed to the top of a wall surface or a ceiling through the multiple supporting rings, the roller shutter comprises supporting blocks, a middle shaft and rolling cloth, the two supporting blocks are oppositely fixed in the sleeve, and the middle shaft and the rolling cloth are arranged in the sleeve. The middle shaft is concentrically arranged in the sleeve, the two ends of the middle shaft are connected with the two supporting blocks respectively, one end of the rolling cloth is fixed to the outer wall of the middle shaft, the other end of the rolling cloth penetrates out of a transverse groove in the bottom of the sleeve after being wound around the middle shaft by multiple circles and is connected with the base, and the installer body is fixed to the base. The middle shaft is connected with the unwinding device and rotates under manual or electric driving, the height of the curtain can be freely adjusted according to needs, and the curtain is convenient to detach, replace and clean.
