The invention belongs to the technical field of building material treatment methods, and particularly relates to a light ceramsite interface treatment method which sequentially comprises the following steps: (1) cleaning dust on the surface of light ceramsite, and wrapping the light ceramsite with a steel wire mesh to form a light ceramsite filter bed; (2) selecting inorganic superfine powder nano silicon dioxide with a smooth surface, fluidizing the inorganic superfine powder nano silicon dioxide by adopting high-pressure air, and passing through a light ceramsite filter bed; (3) spraying a permeable interface treating agent on the ceramsite, and then drying; and (4) spraying and curing the ceramsite by adopting a phenyl silicone resin surface sealing agent, and sieving after curing is completed. According to the method, the strength of the light ceramsite and the binding force between the light ceramsite and the gel material can be effectively improved, meanwhile, the porosity of the surface of the light ceramsite can be reduced, and the durability is improved. The lightweight ceramsite obtained by the invention has the characteristics of wide ceramsite source, high strength, light weight, strong interface bonding force, good durability and wide application, and the porosity of the ceramsite is reduced by the ultrafine powder.
