Sulphoaluminate cement material with retarding effect
The invention relates to a sulphoaluminate cement material with a retarding effect, and belongs to the technical field of cement materials. The sulphoaluminate cement material with the retarding effect belongs to a hydraulic cementing material taking an inorganic compound as a main body, and is a composite cementing material formed by selecting proper external additives (sodium chloride, montmorillonite and silica fume) on the basis of specific cement (sulphoaluminate cement). A plain concrete structure or a reinforced concrete structure can be repaired and reinforced after mechanical stirring and mixing, and a concrete structure without structural steel bars can also be formed through pouring. In the on-site construction process of the sulphoaluminate cement material, under the condition that the water-binder ratio is lower than 0.28, the stirring process of firstly adding water dissolved with sodium chloride, then mixing with cementing materials such as cement and the like, and finally mixing with sand is adopted in the stirring process of the mortar material composed of the sulphoaluminate cement material.
本发明涉及一种具有缓凝效果的硫铝酸盐水泥材料,属于水泥材料技术领域。本发明的具有缓凝效果的硫铝酸盐水泥材料,属于以无机化合物为主体的水硬性胶凝材料,是以特定的水泥(硫铝酸盐水泥)为基础,选择恰当的外添加剂(氯化钠、蒙脱土、硅灰),而形成的复合胶凝材料,可以通过机械搅拌混合后对素混凝土结构或钢筋混凝土结构进行抢修、加固处理,也可通过浇筑成型没有结构钢筋的混凝土结构物。本发明的硫铝酸盐水泥材料在现场施工过程中,由其组成的砂浆材料搅拌工艺在水胶比低于0.28的条件下,采用先加溶解了氯化钠的水,再与水泥等胶凝材料拌和后,最后与砂子混合的搅拌工艺。
