The invention belongs to the technical field of refractory materials, and particularly discloses a preparation method of a calcium-containing periclase-magnesium aluminate spinel refractory material for an RH (Ruhrstahl Heraeus) refining furnace, which comprises the following steps of: crushing, screening, grinding and deironing an electric smelting magnesium-aluminum-calcium electric smelting block material to prepare particles and fine powder with required particle sizes; the method comprises the following steps: uniformly mixing magnesia fine powder with the particle size of not more than 0.074 mm, fused magnesia-alumina-calcium sand fine powder, magnesia-alumina spinel fine powder and alumina micro powder according to the mass percent of ingredients, adding magnesia particles with the particle sizes of 5-3mm, 3-1mm and 1-0.074 mm and fused magnesia-alumina-calcium sand particles with the particle sizes of 5-3mm, 3-1mm and 1-0.074 mm into a high-speed mixing mill according to the mass percent of the ingredients, and mixing; the preparation method comprises the following steps: mixing periclase and magnesium aluminate spinel, adding a binding agent, mixing, loading the uniformly mixed pug into a ton bag, ageing at room temperature, uniformly feeding the aged mixture into a die cavity of a brick press for molding, drying, firing at high temperature in a tunnel kiln, discharging from the kiln, and naturally cooling to obtain the calcium-containing periclase-magnesium aluminate spinel refractory material for the RH refining furnace, so that the usability is greatly improved.
本发明属于耐火材料技术领域,具体公开一种RH精炼炉用含钙方镁石‑镁铝尖晶石耐火材料制备方法,将电熔镁铝钙电熔块料破碎、筛分、磨粉、除铁,制成所需要粒径的颗粒和细粉,将粒径不大于0.074mm的镁砂细粉、电熔镁铝钙砂细粉、镁铝尖晶石细粉及氧化铝微粉按配料质量百分比混合均匀,再将粒度为5‑3mm、3‑1mm、1‑0.074mm的镁砂颗粒以及粒度为5‑3mm、3‑1mm、1‑0.074mm的电熔镁铝钙砂颗粒按配料质量百分比加入到高速混炼机内进行混炼,混合后加入结合剂混合,混合均匀的泥料装入吨包袋在室温下困料,困料后混合料均匀步入压砖机模腔内成型,干燥后经隧道窑高温烧成,出窑自然冷却,得到RH精炼炉用含钙方镁石‑镁铝尖晶石耐火材料,使用性能得到大幅度提升。
