本发明涉及河道构建技术领域，具体为一种改善河道生态环境的深潭浅滩及其深潭浅滩构建方法，包括河道，河道内部设置有浅滩与深潭，河道两侧设置有浅滩生成装置与深潭生成装置，浅滩生成装置一侧设置有连接部件，连接部件为圆柱状设置，浅滩生成装置另一侧开设有连接槽，通过河道上设置有浅滩生成装置与深潭生成装置，则能利用浅滩生成装置正面设置有堆积部，上侧设置有引导板，使得当河流底部流动的泥沙与引导板接触后，就能向下移动进行聚集还能避免其再被水流冲走，从而达到将泥沙在固定位置堆积的效果，之后将浅滩生成装置移走后，堆积的泥沙就能形成浅滩，增加水体流速，河底砾石的铺设配合水流能够使水体产生水跃，从而增加水体的氧含量。
