Thermal insulation and structure integrated composite wallboard and mounting method thereof
The invention provides a heat preservation and structure integrated composite wallboard and an installation method thereof.The wallboard comprises two wall panels, two keel frameworks and a core board, the two wall panels are arranged on the outermost side, the two keel frameworks are arranged between the two wall panels in parallel, the core board is arranged between the two keel frameworks, and the two keel frameworks are arranged on the outer side of the core board; the keel framework is of a frame supporting structure formed by welding a plurality of rectangular square steel pipes, the keel framework comprises a plurality of keel columns, a top guide beam, a bottom guide beam, middle transverse horizontal supports and inclined struts, and core plate bolt holes are formed in the positions, corresponding to the keel bolt holes in the keel framework, of the core plate. Bolt assemblies made of non-metal materials penetrate through the bolt holes in the two keel frameworks and the core plate bolt holes in the corresponding positions to achieve connection of the keel frameworks and the core plates, and the wall panels are connected with the keel frameworks on the corresponding sides through a plurality of self-tapping screws. The heat-insulating and stress-bearing combined type heat-insulating building block is simple in structure, convenient to assemble, high in assembly degree, remarkable in heat bridge effect improvement effect and good in heat-insulating property and stress-bearing property.
本发明提供了一种保温与结构一体化复合墙板及其安装方法,墙板包括两块墙面板、两片龙骨骨架和一片芯板,两块墙面板布置在最外侧,两片龙骨骨架平行布置在两块墙面板之间,芯板设置在两片龙骨骨架之间,龙骨骨架为由若干矩形方钢管焊接而成的框架支撑结构,龙骨骨架包括若干龙骨柱、顶导梁、底导梁、中部横向水平支撑和斜撑,在芯板上对应龙骨骨架上的龙骨螺栓孔位置开设芯板螺栓孔,通过非金属材质的螺栓组件穿过两片龙骨骨架上的螺栓孔及对应位置的芯板螺栓孔实现龙骨骨架及芯板连接,墙面板与对应侧的龙骨骨架之间通过若干自攻螺钉连接。本发明构造简单,组装便捷,装配化程度高,热桥效应改善效果显著,具有良好的保温性能和受力性能。
