Laminated hollow floor slab with formwork
The laminated hollow floor slab comprises a prefabricated layer and a cast-in-place layer, and is characterized in that a slab bottom reinforcing mesh is arranged in the prefabricated layer, a slab surface reinforcing mesh is arranged in the cast-in-place layer, and the multiple formworks are arranged in the cast-in-place layer and located between the surface of the prefabricated layer and the slab surface reinforcing mesh at intervals in the longitudinal direction and the transverse direction of the floor slab; the plate bottom reinforcing mesh and the plate surface reinforcing mesh are connected through a reinforcing steel bar connecting piece, and the reinforcing steel bar connecting piece is arranged between every two adjacent formwork shells. The formwork is placed between the surface of the prefabricated layer and the plate surface reinforcing mesh, and the whole formwork is located in the cast-in-place layer, so that the formwork can be buried in the cast-in-place layer in a cast-in-place mode, the thickness of the prefabricated floor slab is effectively reduced, transportation and hoisting are more convenient, and the situation that too much space is occupied due to the thickness of the floor slab in the transportation process is avoided; and the problem of inconvenience in transportation and hoisting due to the fact that the formwork is pre-buried in the prefabricated layer of an existing laminated hollow floor slab is solved.
本发明公开了一种带模壳的叠合空心楼板,包括预制层和现浇层,其特征在于:在预制层内设有板底钢筋网,在现浇层内设有板面钢筋网,在现浇层内位于预制层的表面及板面钢筋网之间沿着楼板的纵向以及横向间隔排布有若干模壳,板底钢筋网和板面钢筋网之间通过钢筋连接件相连,钢筋连接件设置于相邻的两个模壳之间。本发明的模壳放置在预制层的表面及板面钢筋网之间,且整个模壳位于现浇层中,因此能够通过现场浇筑的方式埋在现浇层内,有效减小预制楼板的厚重,使得运输及吊装更方便,在运输过程中不会因为楼板厚重占用过多空间,模壳也不易被压坏,解决了现有叠合空心楼板在预制层中预埋模壳所造成的运输及吊装不便的问题。
