An energy-saving safe intelligent steaming room comprises a steaming room box body, the body is provided with an inner box, a water storage box and a steaming pool, and heaters are evenly arranged in the steaming pool; the body is provided with an air inlet device, the air inlet device comprises an air extractor and an air pipe, the air pipe is provided with a plurality of air branch pipes, and the air branch pipes are arranged in the steaming pool; a plurality of air outlets are formed in the air branch pipes; a steaming cavity is formed between the steaming pool and the inner box; an air outlet device is arranged at the top end of the inner box; a carbon dioxide sensor is arranged in the inner box and electrically connected with the air inlet device and the air outlet device. During steaming, the carbon dioxide sensor detects the concentration of internal carbon dioxide, on-off of the air inlet device and the air outlet device is controlled more intelligently, heat of steaming cannot be continuously and rapidly lost, safety problems cannot be caused, the air branch pipe is arranged in the steaming pool, fresh air is preheated in advance, and the energy consumption is reduced. In this way, it is greatly avoided that cold air stimulates and affects a user when air flows.
