The invention relates to a bridge-cutoff aluminum alloy window sash heat insulation and fire resistance structure which comprises an existing inner sash frame profile and an outer sash frame profile, a heat insulation profile is arranged between the inner sash frame profile and the outer sash frame profile, and the bridge-cutoff aluminum alloy window sash heat insulation and fire resistance structure is characterized in that a first protrusion extending out of the outer sash frame profile is additionally arranged on a first clamping part of the existing inner sash frame profile; a second protrusion extending towards the inner sash frame profile is additionally arranged on the second clamping part of the outer sash frame profile. The first bulge, the second bulge and the heat insulation profile form a T-shaped groove with a wide upper part and a narrow lower part; and a fireproof profile is arranged in the T-shaped groove. The fireproof performance of the broken bridge aluminum alloy window can be improved, the aluminum alloy section cannot deform and collapse immediately when a fire breaks out, and the requirement for fireproof integrity of external doors and windows of a building is met.
