SYSTEM FOR DELIVERING ORDERS AND RELATED METHODS
The invention relates to a system for automatically delivering orders to an extraction location outside a building. According to the invention, such a system comprises:-pouches associated with the order adapted to receive bags; means for signaling and/or detecting the presence of a customer in the vicinity of the extraction location; -a transport module mounted at a height, comprising:-means for suspending the pouches on the travel track; means for automatically moving the suspension means on the track; -means for actuating said automatic displacement means, the automatic displacement means being configured to displace the pouches in which different parts of said order have been stored to said pick-up position when said signaling and/or detecting means issues a signal confirming that said user is present in the vicinity of said pick-up position.
