Tungsten tailing sand exterior wall putty and preparation method thereof
The invention discloses tungsten tailing sand exterior wall putty and a preparation method thereof, and solves the technical problems that in the prior art, tungsten tailing sand contains a large amount of argillaceous minerals, and a traditional method of purely adding an expanding agent must ensure that a large amount of water exists in the interior to play a role and is not suitable for preparation of putty. The invention discloses a tungsten tailing sand-based composite material which comprises 85.0%-93.0% of tungsten tailing sand, 0.3%-0.5% of cellulose ether, 1%-5% of an expanding agent, 0.5%-1% of wood fiber, 0.05%-0.1% of a shrinkage reducing agent, 5%-10% of cement and 2.0%-6.0% of latex powder. The sum of the mass percentages of the components is 100%. According to the characteristics of shrinkage in each stage, various additives are used for combined action, and the total shrinkage amount is controlled within a reasonable range, so that application of the tungsten tailing sand becomes possible, and the problems of accumulation of the non-tailing sand and environmental damage caused by land occupation are reduced; in the production of the putty, the tungsten tailing sand is proper in fineness, does not need to be continuously processed and is low in price, so that the production cost of the exterior wall putty is remarkably reduced.
本发明公开了一种钨尾矿砂外墙腻子及其制备方法,解决了现有技术中钨尾矿砂中含有大量粘土质矿物,而传统单纯增加膨胀剂的做法必须保证内部有大量的水才能发挥作用,不适用于腻子的制备的技术问题。它包括85.0%‑93.0%钨尾矿砂、0.3%‑0.5%纤维素醚掺量、1%‑5%膨胀剂、0.5%‑1%木质纤维、0.05%‑0.1%减缩剂、5%‑10%水泥和2.0%‑6.0%乳胶粉;所述成分的质量百分比之和为100%。本发明针对各阶段收缩的特点,使用多种添加剂共同作用,将总收缩量控制在合理范围内,使钨尾矿砂的应用成为可能,减少了无尾矿砂的堆积,以及占用土地造成环境破坏的问题;在腻子的生产中,钨尾矿砂本身细度合适,无需继续加工,且价格低廉,显著降低了外墙腻子的生产成本。
