The invention discloses plastering gypsum mortar and a preparation method thereof. The plastering gypsum mortar comprises the following components in percentage by weight: 70%-80% of semi-hydrated gypsum, 0.95%-1.05% of vermiculite powder, 6%-10% of heavy calcium powder, 10%-18% of glass beads, 0.65%-1.15% of ash calcium, 0.15%-0.25% of cellulose ether, 0.04%-0.06% of starch ether, 0.02%-0.04% of an air entraining agent, 0.11%-0.14% of a retarder and 0.04%-0.06% of a thixotropic agent. The plastering gypsum mortar is high in coating rate, low in heat conductivity coefficient, good in heat preservation performance, low in shrinkage compared with cement mortar, free of hollowing and falling off after being smeared on a wall and good in construction performance, greatly saves the material consumption and further reduces the material use cost, and is the best environment-friendly plastering material for replacing existing plastering mortar including the cement mortar.
本发明公开了一种抹灰石膏砂浆及其制备方法,包括的组分及组分的重量百分比为:半水石膏70%~80%,蛭石粉0.95%~1.05%,重钙粉6%~10%,玻化微珠10%~18%,灰钙0.65%~1.15%,纤维素醚0.15%~0.25%,淀粉醚0.04%~0.06%,引气剂0.02~0.04%,缓凝剂0.11%~0.14%,触变剂0.04%~0.06%。该抹灰石膏砂浆的涂布率高,极大地节省了用料量,进而降低材料使用成本,导热系数低,保温性能好,相对于水泥砂浆而言,收缩低,涂抹在墙上后不空鼓,不脱落,施工性能佳,是替代现有抹灰砂浆,包括水泥砂浆的最好的环保抹灰材料。
