The invention discloses a highway parabola corrugated steel bar flexible guardrail structure which comprises a reinforced concrete stand column. Connecting bolts are pre-buried in the reinforced concrete stand columns; a concrete foundation is poured outside the reinforced concrete stand column, and the reinforced concrete stand column is fixed to a foundation through the concrete foundation. The parabolic corrugated steel bars are connected with the connecting bolts in the reinforced concrete stand columns through the sleeve nuts; the stand column buffering device is fixed to the reinforced concrete stand column through the buffering device fixing steel bars. A flexible protection system is formed by the parabola corrugated steel bar structure and the reinforced concrete stand column, the parabola corrugated steel bars generate rapid straightening and large deflection deformation after being subjected to impact force, impact energy is absorbed, flexible impact is formed, and damage to a vehicle, a driver and passengers caused by impact is reduced; damage caused when a vehicle collides with the stand columns is reduced through the waste tires fixed to the stand columns, and therefore a flexible protective fence structural system is formed.
