The embedded clamping grooves are uniformly distributed at the joint part; and the adjusting units are in one-to-one correspondence with the positions of the embedded clamping grooves. And the adjusting unit is connected with the pre-embedded clamping groove, after installation is completed, the adjusting rod and the pre-embedded clamping groove are pre-tensioned through the adjusting motor and the electric jack, the integrity of the pipe joint can be effectively improved, and then the overall anti-seismic capacity of the immersed tunnel is improved. And the control unit can give an alarm in time when the deformation exceeds the allowable displacement threshold data. Once the deformation exceeds the allowable displacement threshold data, the calculation module can be automatically started to calculate the adjustment value, and the control module and the adjustment unit are controlled to complete automatic adjustment and increase the tensile stress between the sections at the abnormal displacement, so that the waterproof requirement is ensured.
