Comprising a drainage cavity communicated with the garage ground, and a filter cover plate is arranged at a water inlet of the drainage cavity; the rotary cutting mechanism comprises a cutting impeller rotationally connected to the surface of the filtering cover plate and a driving assembly for driving the cutting impeller to rotate; a protective cover plate is arranged on the top of the filtering cover plate, a water inlet hole is formed in the protective cover plate, and the cutting impeller can freely rotate between the filtering cover plate and the protective cover plate. When the underground garage drainage system is used for drainage, the driving assembly drives the cutting impeller to rotate on the surface of the filtering cover plate, sundries passing through the surface of the filtering cover plate are cut and smashed, the smashed sundries enter the drainage cavity along with water flow to be discharged, and the situation that a large number of sundries block a water inlet of the drainage cavity is avoided; the drainage efficiency is effectively improved, and the emergency drainage capacity of the underground garage is greatly improved.
