The invention discloses a high-altitude large-span steel beam mounting method, which is characterized in that through step-type cutting, a supporting point can be established for a large-span steel beam in the air by utilizing the advantages of step-type cutting, so that a stable welding environment can be provided while the span and the weight of a single component are reduced; and the side section which is hoisted and connected in advance is used as a working surface of the next middle section mounting procedure, so that the welding quality is guaranteed, and meanwhile, the safety coefficient in the construction process can be improved. The problems that a traditional high-altitude large-span steel beam installation method has high requirements for hoisting machinery and welding quality is difficult to guarantee in the installation process are solved.
本发明公开了一种高空大跨度钢梁安装方法,通过台阶式切割,可以利用台阶式切割自身的优点在空中为大跨度钢梁建立支撑点,能够在降低单根构件跨度与重量的同时提供稳定的焊接环境,利用事先吊装连接好的侧边段作为下一步中间段安装工序的工作面,保障了焊接质量的同时又能提高施工过程中的安全系数。本发明解决了传统的高空大跨度钢梁的安装方法对吊装机械要求高且安装过程中焊接质量难以保证问题。
