The invention provides an underpinning structure and method for masonry bearing wall holing, the underpinning structure comprises wall clamping steel plates, opposite-pull screws, through-wall profile steel, profile steel underpinning beams and profile steel underpinning columns, and a whole set of steel structure underpinning system is utilized to realize safe underpinning of a masonry bearing wall. A steel structure underpinning mode is adopted, and compared with a traditional underpinning mode, the method is more convenient to construct and free of wet operation on site, and the underpinning construction efficiency is improved.
