The invention discloses a pebble micro-pressure grout-filled concrete structure reinforcing method, which belongs to the field of buildings and comprises the following steps of: 1, chiseling away incompact concrete, cleaning a section, and trimming reinforcing steel bars; 2, binding iron gauze cloth, filling coarse aggregate pebbles, and uniformly distributing the coarse aggregate pebbles, the putting amount of the coarse aggregate pebbles being about 50-60% of the volume of the cavity; thirdly, the reinforcing formwork is blocked, and a slurry inlet and a material supplementing hopper are reserved; fourthly, a grouting material mixture is mixed, slurry is slowly injected from a slurry inlet through a grouting machine till the cavity space is filled with the slurry, and the supplementing hopper is filled with the slurry; fifthly, the grouting pipe is removed, and a grout inlet is blocked; and sixthly, 24 hours later, after the grouting material is solidified, the material supplementing hopper is removed, and mold removal and maintenance are conducted. According to the invention, local materials are easy to obtain, the strength is high, the crack resistance is strong, the quality is guaranteed, the acceptance is simple and convenient, and the application range is wide.
